摘要
为了纪念1995年第四次世界妇女大会召开20周年,中华女子学院中国女性图书馆于2014年11月15日—16日在北京西藏大厦举办了"重温’95历程,传承’95精神"论坛。通过妇女活动家与青年访谈员的代际对话,论坛总结了中国妇女事业20年来的成长、经验、收获与困境,指出’95精神对中国妇女的影响:一是用女性眼光看世界所带来的改变,二用赋权妇女指向行动,三是将社会性别主流化作为促进性别平等的重要方式。同时梳理了中国妇女事业20年来的行动经验与方法策略及其挑战,并就未来青年行动计划进行了探讨与倡导。
In order to celebrate the 20 th anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women in 1995, China Women Gender Library held ＂Reviewing ＇95 history, Heritage spirit of ＇95 ＂forum on November 15-16, 2014.Through the way of inter-generational dialogue, women activists and youth interviewers review and summarize 20years＇ experience achievements and difficulties of Chinese women＇s career. At the forum, scholars refine the ＇95spirit and its impact on Chinese women. They are（1） seeing the world＇s changes by using women＇s eyes.（2） guiding the action by Women Empowerment.（3）using gender＇s mainstreaming as an important way to promote gender equality. It also makes summarize on the methods and strategies of action experience and the challenge, as well as making a discussion and advocating on the future plan of youth.
