摘要
针对Cf/Mg复合材料异形纤维预成形体制备成本高、难度大等问题,提出了纤维0°/90°等比例铺放、0°/90°不等比例铺放、纤维缠绕定型、纤维编织加固等4种不同的预成形体制备方法。结果表明:内层采用碳纤维束环向缠绕可对预成形体进行有效增强,保证织物排列紧密,避免剪切造成的织物蓬松等问题,体积分数可提高至40%左右;表层采用编织工艺整体加固可以有效抵抗液态金属冲刷,尺寸稳定性良好,较未使用编织加固前提高了65%。
In order to solve high cost, difficul- ty in fabricating Cf/Mg composites shaped preforms, four fabricating processes named "0°/90° equal proportion fiber placement", "0°/90° unequal proportion fiber placement"," filament winding stereotype" and "weaving reinforcement" are proposed. The experimental results show that the per- formance of preforms fabricated by inner layer filament winding is significantly improved. Fibers are closely ar- ranged, textile fluffy caused by cutting is avoided, thus, the volume fraction can be increased to about 40%. Preforms fabricated by surface layer weaving reinforcement can re- sist the erosion of liquid metal effectively. Compared with preforms unused weaving reinforcement, dimension stabil- ity is improved by 65%.
