摘要
针对工业锅炉现有脱硫烟塔存在的脱硫效果不佳现象,研究工业锅炉脱硫烟塔的流场优化与结构改进。提出内径渐缩管段和内壁非连续螺旋上升导流板设计,解决高位脱硫浆液喷淋不均和塔内流场不均、脱硫反应不足等问题。基于对塔内烟气流场的优化,确定塔内导流板的数量和结构参数。模拟分析改造前后脱硫烟塔的烟气流场,结果表明合理布置非连续螺旋上升导流板后,塔内烟气流场的均匀性与脱硫反应时间均得以有效改善,从而提高烟塔的脱硫效率。
The stack- desulfarization absorber is designed and built based on the unification technique on stack and absorber and used to remove SO2 in the flue gas of oil boiler. To make the spray liquid in the upper layer evenly and better atomization,different but smaller diameter pipes are used to take the place of sprinkler pipes of the same diameter. In order to improve the flow filed of gas,the stack- desulfarization absorber is transformed by installation of some swirling but discontinuous deflectors. The quantity,structure parameters and the positions of the deflectors under the best flow field are identified. Comparison of the flow fields of gas in the stack-desulfarization absorber before and after the transformation,a conclusion is that the use of deflectors makes the flow field better.
