吉西他滨联合大分割容积旋转调强放疗治疗局部晚期胆管癌25例 被引量：1

摘要 不能手术切除的局部晚期胆管癌患者,可行胆道支架置入、光动力疗法、放疗和/或化疗等姑息治疗方法[1,2]。吉西他滨是目前治疗胆管癌最有效的化疗药物之一[3],临床和实验资料均显示其有放疗增敏作用。本研究中,我们总结用大分割容积旋转调强放疗同步吉西他滨治疗不能手术切除的局部晚期胆管癌的临床疗效和毒性。
