摘要
学校发展之道成千上万,但根本还在课程与教学,因此,要切实抓好课程与教学工作,以促进学校发展。"课程改进—教学跟进"式学校发展之道既合法又合理,具体可以从改进对象和改进主体层面进行课程改进,同时还应建立健全评价机制,以"课程改进—教学跟进"为抓手,切实推进学校发展。
Although in terms of the approaches for school development, there are multiple ways for selecting, basically this still calls for the attentions on curriculum and pedagogy. Consequently, it' s safe to say the emphasis on curriculum and pedagogy is imperative for school development. The rationale conceptual of "curriculum reforming improvement leads to pedagogy upgrade" of school development is theoretically constructive and practically reasonable. This paper looks at the ways of improving the curriculum reforming in objective and subjective perspectives on the one hand; on the other hand, the article provides the thought-provoking suggestion on constructing comprehensive evaluation system. It's indispensible for us to apply the approach of "curriculum reforming improvement leads to pedagogy upgrade" to promote further school de- velopment.
