摘要
本文结合栾川县山洪灾害调查工作实践,对工作流程、技术路线设计、调查成果、经验及建议等方面进行分析。按照10~50km2划分小流域,以小流域为单元,开展山洪灾害基本情况、小流域基本特征、水文、社会经济等情况的调查,综合分析沿河村落和城镇的防洪现状,以村为单元划定危险区,科学确定预警指标和阈值,为及时准确预警和灾害防御提供基础支撑。主要工作内容包括山洪灾害调查、重点防治区山洪灾害详查、山洪灾害分析评价、山洪灾害调查成果审核汇集、调查评价成果综合集成使用等。
Thispaper analyzedthe workflow, the technical plans design, investigationresults, experience and sugges-tions based on theinvestigation of flood disaster in Luanchuan County. It dividedthe area into watershed accordingto10 to 50 km2,with the watershed as units, conducted investigation on the basic situation of mountain flood disaster,basic watershed characteristics, hydrology, social economy, etc., comprehensively analyzed the current situation offlood control along the river villages and towns, designated dangerous area withvillage as the unit, determined theex-act warning indicators and thresholds scientifically, which provided basic support fortimely and accurate early warn-ing and disaster prevention. The project includes mountain flood disaster investigation,the detailed survey in keyflood disaster prevention area, analysis and evaluation of mountain flood disaster, the collection ofsurvey results ofmountain flood disaster,the use of survey and evaluation results.
