On Problems Existing in the Construction of Professional Teacher Teams of Finance and Economics Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Countermeasures

摘要 高职院校肩负着培养更多更好的技能型劳动者的历史使命.近年来,许多高职院校都开设了财经类专业,但相关师资队伍的建设成为制约人才培养质量提升的瓶颈.为解决这一问题,需创新师资建设的方法与途径;推进深度合作办学机制,加大企业挂职、兼职力度,务求实效;科学设计培训项目和内容,加强培训效果的考核;形成一支稳固的兼职教师队伍并重视对其开展效果评估;建立科学的教师责任感评价机制,加大激励力度. Higher vocational colleges should accomplish their historical mission to cultivate more and better skilled laborers.In recent years,many higher vocational colleges have established the specialty of finance and economics;however,the bottleneck problem which restricts the promotion of students’qualities is the construction of teacher teams.To solve the problem,we should innovate methods of improving the qualities of teachers;construct and perfect school’s management mechanism to promote the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and be pragmatic and efficient to encourage more teachers to take temporary posts in enterprises;design the training programs and contents in a scientific way,and reinforce the evaluation of training effects;establish a stable team of part -time teachers and emphasize its effect assessment;establish scientific mechanism to evaluate teachers’responsibility and increase the inten-sity of incentives.
