摘要
本文从互联网、移动互联网的发展、应用中,分析、梳理出存在的组织、策略、覆盖、共享、资源、考核等不足,再结合国家行政、行业、家庭个人的特点,提出了建立分类简单、指导具体、推动有力的机制,互联网+等信息技术的发展方向是强政、兴业、惠民。
This paper analyzes the defi ciency in organization, strategy, coverage, resources sharing and assessmentthrough the research in the development and application of Internet and mobile Internet. And then putforward an idea of establishing a mechanism to effi cient classifi cation, guidance and promotion which isto strengthen the application of Internet in administration, business and livelihood in order to acceleratethe development of transformation and innovation combing the characteristics of state administration,industry and individual.
