摘要
运用SWOT分析法,综合全面地分析与评价了图书馆组织内部的优劣势,并结合政策法律、经济、社会文化和科技四大外部环境所带来的机遇与挑战,聚集内外部因素匹配,得出最优战略组合,为图书馆服务的可持续发展提供参考。
This paper analyzed and evaluated the library＇s advantages and disadvantages comprehensively by SWOT analysis method, combined with the opportunities and challenges from four aspects such as policy and law, economy, society and technology. By matching the internal and external factors, we have made the optimal strategy combination to provide a reference for the sustainable development of library service.
