摘要
带传动是机械传动中常见的形式之一。通过对带传动的受力情况进行分析,可推导出带所传递的有效拉力一圆周力的计算式,并探明带的张紧程度、带轮的包角、带传动的传动比、中心距对带传动的影响及带传动在多级传动中的位置等,以使学生全面理解各参数在带传动中的协调性和关联性,从而为带传动的设计计算奠定良好基础。
Belt drive is a common form of mechanical transmission. Through analysis of force, we can get the formula of peripheral force, the degree of tension, the pulley angle, the drive ratio, the influence of the center distance on belt drive and the position of belt drive in multistage transmission, etc.. This helps the students fully understand the coordination and relation between parameters, so as to build a sohd foundation for the calculation in the design of belt transmission.
