12kV真空断路器开断并联电抗器电弧重燃三相建模 被引量:4

摘要 在一定的系统条件下真空断路器开断10 k V并联电抗器时,触头间隙可能会产生连续的电弧重燃与熄灭现象,形成危险的过电压。为搭建准确的真空开关仿真模型,以复现断路器的分闸重燃基本特性,简单综述了真空开关仿真模型的研究现状,总结出现有研究的不足。为了消除现有仿真模型的不足,在运行电网上对一种型号的12 k V真空断路器开断并联电抗器进行了一系列的现场试验研究,得到其断口间介质动态绝缘强度恢复曲线和高频电流熄弧特性,利用ATPEMTP搭建了真空断路器分闸电弧重燃模块。考虑电缆三相间的寄生参数,在ATP中搭建了真空断路器开断并联电抗器三相仿真模型,并对现场试验进行了仿真计算,仿真结果与试验结果大致相符。
