摘要
通过认真分析研究点测试法测量原理,突破脉冲阶梯电流源等多项研制难点,研制了间隔脉冲IV测试法验证装置,对间隔脉冲IV测试法脉冲宽度、间隔时间等参数具体量值进行校准,确保验证装置测量准确性,在验证基础上,编制了《功率半导体器件间隔脉冲IV测试方法草案》。
This paper did carefully research on the principle of point test method, and the pulse step current source was developed out. Verification system was developed to identify the pulse width and interval time of Interval pulse IV test method. The specification of this system is vivificated through evaluating the uncertainties of the system. The basis of compiling Protocol of test method for interval pulse IV of power semiconductor devices is fulfilled.
