摘要
神马尼龙化工三台循环硫化床锅炉脱硝减排采用了SNCR技术,选用氨水为还原剂,通过合理化的工艺设计,系统性能可靠,氮氧化物排放浓度稳定降低至100 mg/m3以下,脱硝效率平均达到75%以上,氨逃逸在4 mg/m3以下,达到了环境保护和设计指标要求。
NOx emission of three circulating fluidized bed boiler uses SNCR denitration technology. By rationalizing the process design, the system is reliable to the environmental protection and design requirements. Stable concentration of nitrogen oxide emission reduces to 100 mg/m^3 or less, the denitration efficiency achieves an average of 75%, ammonia slip is less than 4 mg/m^3.
