摘要
本文主要分析了中医医院急诊护理管理工作中出现的一些问题,阐述了在当前形势下,加强中医医院急诊护理管理的重要性,针对目前急诊护理管理工作中存在的问题进行深入研究,笔者通过研究,提出了一些加强急诊护理管理的措施,减少急诊护理纠纷和差错的发生,提高护理的质量,保证病人的安全。
This paper mainly analyzed the problems in the management of Chinese medicine hospital emergency nursing, elaborated in the current situation and the importance of strengthening nursing management in emergency hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and conducted the thorough research in view of the problems existing in the work of emergency nursing management. Through the research,some measures of emergency nursing management were put forward in order to reduce the occurrence of emergency nursing disputes and error,improve the nursing quality and ensure patient safety.
