摘要
卫爱武教授提倡三联疗法治疗胎漏、胎动不安。以传统保胎法急治其标,纠正黄体功能不足;以中药验方以缓治其本,从根本上治疗脾肾之虚;及时了解有无感染,从内环境着手纠正阴道屏障功能。衷中参西,标本同治,疗效甚佳。
Professor Wei Aiwu advocate treating threatened abortion by triple therapy. Extrinsic symptoms was treated by traditional tocolysis therapy, in order to improve luteal insufficiency. Treating underlying disease in TCM to improve asthenia syndrome of spleen and kidney. In order to improve vaginal barrier function, infection should be detect promptly. Triple therapy shows a significant efficacy.
