摘要
目的:观察益气运脾化湿方治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将受试合格患儿随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加服益气运脾化湿方,对两组进行疗效评价。结果:观察组的总有效率和治愈率分别为97.5%、85.0%,对照组的分别为75.0%、50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的疗效明显优于单纯的西医治疗。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Yunpi Huashi prescription on infantile diarrhea.Methods：Patients with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and the observed group. The control group was given western conventional therapy; and the observed group was given the Yiqi Yunpi Huashi prescription more. The efficiency in two groups were evaluated. Results： In the observed group, the total efficiency was 97.5%; and the efficiency was 85.0%. In the control group, the total efficiency was 75.0%; and the efficiency was 50.0%.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficiency of the integrative medicine on infantile diarrhea was better than simple application of western medicine.
