摘要
通信电源是电力系统通信网络安全稳定运行的重要保障,降低通信电源事故发生率,可提高电力系统通信可靠性。针对湖南部分500k V变电站存在通信电源系统老化、超期服役存在的安全隐患,以500k V沙坪变电站通信电源优化改造为例,阐述通信电源配置及技术要求,并对通信设备电源改造中涉及的标准化作业流程、风险控制方法、安全防范措施进行了归纳总结,为类似改造工作提供参考。
Aiming at security risks of communication power supply system according of being aging and extended service for the portion of 500kV substation in Hunan electric network, put forward new plan of on-line communication power sup- ply system transformation. Taking the optimizing reformation of communication power on the 500kV Sha-ping substation for example, This paper described the configuration and technical requirements of communication power supply, operating procedure, risk control methods and security precautions during the construction are summarized, providing reference for the same type of transformation.
