摘要
高层管理团队(TMT)对企业拥有决策权和控制权,对其深入研究有助于促进我国当前国有企业改革和民营企业持续成长。本文从高层管理团队的概念出发,纵向梳理高层管理团队的相关理论,从高管团队与企业持续成长的角度,评述高管团队与企业绩效之间的关系。
Top management team（TMT） of enterprises has great decision-making power and the right of control, so the in-depth study on it has important practical significance to current reform of state-owned enterprises and sustainable growth of private enterprises. This study runs through and reviews the relevant theories of TMT from the concept of TMT combined with economic globalization. Furthermore, this study comments the relationship between TMT and enterprise performance from the angle of TMT and the sustainable growth of the enterprise.
