摘要
温凉河河道治理开发项目是作为南阳市政府加强南阳市生态文明建设的重点工程，河道治理的内容主要包括了河道疏浚、河底处理、景观坝、拦河闸等工程，项目完工后将极大改善温凉河周边人文居住环境。围绕温凉河的河道综合治理项目，对其组织实施方案和施工技术及流程进行深入研究，针对该项目每一个环节的施工组织方案、施工技术以及技术规范要求进行总结，并以此案例阐述一般土木工程项目建设的技术和方法以及一些水利项目建设中特殊的施工技术。
