松脂皱皮孔菌发酵液化学成分的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究松脂皱皮孔菌发酵液的化学成分。方法发酵液采用硅胶柱、中压RP-18柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱等色谱方法进行分离纯化,然后根据理化性质和波谱数据对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离出10个化合物,分别鉴定为rosenonolactone(1)、2-nonyne-1,4-diol(2)、1-hydroxy-2-nonyn-4-one(3)、过氧麦角甾醇(4)、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(5)、麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(6)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(7)、anti-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)proane-1,2-diol(8)、syn-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)proane-1,2-diol(9)、1-phenylpropane-1,2-diol(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从松脂皱皮孔菌发酵液中分离得到。 AIM To study chemical constituents from the fermentation broth of Ischnoderma resinosum.METHODS Fermentation broth was isolated and purified by silica,medium pressure Rp-18 and Sephadex LH-20 gel column. The chemical structures of isolated compounds were then elucidated by physicochemical characters and spectral data. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from this fungus and identified as rosenonolactone( 1),2-nonyne-1,4-diol( 2),1-hydroxy-2-nonyn-4-one( 3),( 22 E,24R)-5α,8α-epidiory-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol( 4),( 22 E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8( 14),22-tetraen-3-one( 5),( 22 E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol( 6),( 22 E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol( 7),anti-1-( 4-methoxyphenyl) proane-1,2-diol( 8),syn-1-( 4-methoxyphenyl) proane-1,2-diol( 9),1-phenylpropane-1,2-diol( 10). CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from the fermentation broth of Ischnoderma resinosum for the first time.
