Review on Electrochemiluminescence Detection Based on Bipolar Electrodes

摘要 电化学发光检测,因灵敏度高、选择性好,与安培检测可以实现同时同点检测等优点而备受关注。双极电极电化学发光检测相对于传统三电极系统电化学发光检测有其独特的优势。总结了近年来的双极电极电化学发光检测的应用,并探讨了其发展方向。 Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection attracts much attention due to its high sensitivity and selectivity. ECL.and ECD can be performed simultaneously as its another advantage. For ECL detection, bipolar electode system is more advantageous than traditional three-electrode system. The applications of luminescence detection and the development of bipolar electrode system in recent years were summarized.
