摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性、反复发作的非特异性炎症性疾病,本病中医病机是以脾肾阳虚为本,湿、寒、热、痰、瘀等邪为标,病位在大肠,与脾、胃、肝、肾、肺相关,表现出本虚标实、寒热交错、阴阳失调、气机逆乱的特点。认为应以扶阳泄浊化瘀法治本,以扶脾肾之阳为基础,辅以通下泄浊、行气活血、化瘀止痛等治标。
Ulcerative colitis （UC） is a chronic repeated nonspecific inflammatory disease. The root cause is Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, with the superficial pathogenic factors of dampness, cold, heat, phlegm, sta- sis, etc. Disease location is large intestine, relating to spleen, stomach, liver and lung. Expressed characteristics is root deficiency, superficial excess, mix of cold and heat, imbalance of Yin and Yang and Qi-movement disturbance. The author holds that reinforcing Yang, purging turbidity and dispelling blood stasis method should be applied to treat this disease. Based on reinforcing Yang of spleen and kidney, treat incidental factors by catharsis, purging turbidity, promoting Qi and blood circulation, dispelling blood stasis and analgesia.
