摘要 我国随班就读工作总体取得了较大发展,但农村的随班就读进展缓慢,特殊儿童个别学习需求没有得到满足,这主要是受到农村随班就读师资专业化水平偏低的制约。因此,地方师范院校必须进行教师教育改革,才能培养出适应农村基层教学需求的专业化教师。 Learning in regular classes of work in general had made great progress, but the progress of rural Learning in regular classes slow the individual learning needs of children with special needs are not being met, which is mainly due to the low professional level in rural areas for Teacher constraints. Therefore, the local Teachers College teacher education reform must be carried out in order to cultivate a Adapts teaching specialized needs of rural teachers.
