摘要
我国随班就读工作总体取得了较大发展,但农村的随班就读进展缓慢,特殊儿童个别学习需求没有得到满足,这主要是受到农村随班就读师资专业化水平偏低的制约。因此,地方师范院校必须进行教师教育改革,才能培养出适应农村基层教学需求的专业化教师。
