知识型员工职业初期职业转换影响因素实证分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对职业初期的知识型员工职业变动频繁,职业稳定性差的问题,以32家企事业单位职业初期的知识型员工为调查对象,采用皮尔森相关系数和多元线性回归法,对502份实证数据进行分析,从职业因素、组织因素、社会因素和个人家庭因素方面,研究知识型员工职业初期职业转换的动因,并提出深化教育教学改革、合理进行自身的职业规划等建议,以期对职业初期知识型员工和组织管理者有所帮助。 In view of the employment instability of knowledge staff in their early career who change their career frequently,using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression method,the empirical data of the 502 samples of the knowledge staff in their early career from 32 enterprises and institutions are analyzed,to study the motivation of their occupation conversion from the aspects of professional factors,organizational factors,social factors and personal family factors,and to make recommendations on deepening the reform of education and teaching,and reasonable career planning.It might offer some help to the both the knowledge staff in their early career and the managers.
