摘要
针对造船业投资问题,采用比较分析和归纳分析的方法,以中船重工为例,分析了宏观经济、企业经营能力、财务状况等方面,研究表明:中船重工财务稳定健全,管理效率高,收益成果优良,实质资产值远超过企业股价,投资中船重工必使中国造船产业达到资本收益最优化效果。
In view of the investment of shipbuilding industry, taking China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation as an example, by the method of comparative analysis and induction, macro economy, enterprise management ability, financial conditions, etc are analyzed. It is shown the company has sound and stable financial condition, high management efficiency and good earning results with real assets value far more than its stock value. Investment in its stock will make the capital gains of Chinese shipbuilding industry achieve optimization effect.
