摘要
为了实现扬克烘缸的轻量化设计,针对规格为3 680 mm×3 120 mm的钢制扬克平盖烘缸进行有限元应力分析,得出对烘缸应力强度产生显著影响的结构参数,在此基础上,分别用零阶和一阶2种优化方法对烘缸结构进行优化设计,优化结果表明优化效果明显,达到了减轻质量、节约成本的目的。同时为钢制平盖烘缸结构优化设计提供参考。
In order to realize the lightweight design of Yankee dryer, based on finite element analysis of the φ3 680 mm×3 120 mm steel Yankee fiat cover dryer, structure parameters which have great effects on the stress intensity of the dryer were obtained. On this basis, optimization design of the dryer structure was made with zero-order and first-order optimization methods. The optimization results shows that the optimization effect is obvious, and reaches the goal of reducing the weight and saving cost. Meanwhile it provides references for the structural optimization design of dryer cover flat steel.
