品管圈活动提高手术人员在关节置换手术中控制手术部位感染的管理实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的提高手术人员在关节置换手术中控制手术部位感染(SSI)的管理行为,预防术后感染。方法按品管圈理念的步骤进行计划、实践、确认和处置,分析关节置换手术中涉及SSI相关环节及导致手术人员感染控制意识薄弱的真因,探讨解决对策并实施,进行效果评价。结果手术人员在关节置换手术中违反SSI管理行为的次数由活动前12.3次/台降至活动后5.2次/台;目标达标率为107.58%,进步率为57.7%。结论品管圈活动可有效提高参与关节置换手术中手术人员控制SSI管理行为及管理意识。 Objective To improve the SSI control for surgical staff during joint replacement surgery and prevent postoperative infection. Methods To plan, practice, conform and dispose according to QCC concept, and analyzed the problem in SSI control and causes affecting infection control cognition for surgical stsff during joint replacement surgery. Discussed the way to settle the problem and evaluated the effect. Results The frequency of activities against SSI for surgical staff decreased from 12.3 times to 5.2 times each operation. The rate of standard was 107.58% and progress rate was 57.7%. Conclusion QCC applying can improve the management behavior and concept of SSI control for surgical staff during joint replacement surgery.
