摘要
正确处理新常态下的人民内部矛盾的思路,社会矛盾运动是推动社会发展的基本力量。我们要遵循社会发展规律,正视矛盾。想方设法采取各种有效方式,积极应对矛盾。化解矛盾问题应着重考虑治本措施:以社会公正为依据进行基本制度设计和政策安排;建立起公正、科学、有效的利益协调机制;健全和完善民生保障体系;形成一个橄榄形的社会阶层结构。
We should correctly handle the contradictions among the people under the new normal economic situa- tion. Social contradiction movement is the basic force for social development. We should follow the law of social de- velopment, face the contradiction. Try to take all kinds of effective ways to actively respond to conflicts. From the fundamental point of view, we should do the following： design the basic system and policy arrangement based on so- cial justice; established a fair, scientific, effective interest coordination mechanism, improve the people＇ s liveli- hood security system; form a featured on social class structure.
