确定水泥稳定碎石最佳含水量和最大干密度的方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为解决水泥稳定碎石通过击实试验很难得到规律良好的击实曲线的缺陷,首先通过标准击实法得出水泥-石屑的最大干密度和最佳含水量,然后根据结合料的击实原理及原材料的本身特性,提出水泥稳定碎石的最佳含水量和最大干密度的理论计算公式,并与室内振动击实法和现场灌砂法试验结果进行对比验证其准确性。通过对比分析可知:理论计算的最佳含水量与振动击实试验结果相比仅差0.1%~0.2%,最大干密度与现场灌砂法确定的最大干密度接近,并且稍大于振动击实法和现场灌砂法确定的最大干密度,因此按理论计算的最大干密度为标准,在现场实测压实度时就避免了出现超100%的现象。 For cement stabilized macadam, it is difficult to get a compacting curve in good discipline from compaction test. In order to solve this problem, firstly, standard compaction method was used to get the optimum water content and maximum dry density of the cement-screening, then according to the blinder's compaction principle and the raw material's own characteristics, the theoretical calculation formula of optimum water content and maximum dry density of cement stabilized macadam was proposed with its accuracy validated by comparison between the test results from indoor vibration compaction method and on-site sand replacement method. Thus, it is concluded that, for the optimum water content, there is only 0. 1% -0. 2 % difference between the results from the theoretical calculation and the vibration compaction test; for the maximum dry density, the result from the theoretical calculation is close to that from the on-site sand replacement method, and a little more than the results determined by the vibration compaction method and on-site sand replacement method. Therefore, the maximum dry density from the theoretical calculation being taken as the criterion in field measurement of compaction degree may prevent from over hundred percent.
