摘要
一带一路为香港提供了千载难逢的发展机遇。香港可以充分发挥自己的比较优势,形成祖国全新的可持续的战略要地,重塑香港的核心竞争力。香港的当务之急是解决好自身存在的深层次矛盾和问题。要抓紧研究确立香港在祖国发展中的地位和作用;争取在香港组建一带一路投资基金;充分发挥香港金融中心的作用;切实落实《粤港合作框架》;抓紧建设21世纪海上丝绸之路立体化重要枢纽。
The implementation of the Belt and Road initiative is a golden opportunity for Hong Kong’s development. Hong Kong should exploit its strengths and serve as an innovative center to regain its own competitiveness. The top priority for Hong Kong is to address its own underlying problems. Having clarified its role in China’s development, Hong Kong should set up an investment fund for the Belt and Road, take advantage of its advanced financial development, and put into practice Guangdong-Hong Kong Cooperation Framework to build itself into a critical hub on the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road.
