摘要
自1998年《博耶报告》出台以来,美国高校顶峰设计课程逐步从以学业检验为目的向职业训练转型,形成由企业资助参与、多方指导评估、学生团队合作、解决现实问题、校企生互惠互利的模式,旨在达到ABET工程认证所列的能力标准。随着顶峰设计课程的进一步发展,研究者与教育者更提出从以就业为目标转向以创业为导向的项目模式。本文回顾了三十年来顶峰设计课程从毕业到就业再到创业的发展历程,以期对我国高校工程教育改革与课程创新有所启示。
Since the release of Boyer Report in 1998, the engineering capstone courses in USA have developed into industry- sponsored- and-involved, jointly mentored- and- assessed, student-team based, real-world problem targeted, and win-win-win model, with the objective to achieve the student outcomes accredited by ABET. With the further development of capstone design course, the engineering educators have proposed the program mode aiming at the employment and guiding by the entrepreneurship. This paper reviews the developments process from the graduation, employability and entrepreneurship in engineering capstone courses during the past three decades, providing the references for the engineering curriculum innovation and education reform for the higher education in China.
