摘要
目的:针对基层中医院的现状和医护人员的业务素质,探讨基层中医院开展中药临床药学工作的重要性。方法:通过临床中药师产生的背景,对基层中医院现状和医护人员业务素质进行简单介绍,讨论、分析基层中医院开展中药临床药学工作的原因。结果与结论:基层中医院开展中药临床药学将推动基层中医院中医药事业的良性发展和提升医护人员的业务素质,合理用药,减少医患纠纷的发生。
Objective：In view of the present situation and medical staff at grass-roots hospital service quality, to explore the significance of clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
