日粮铜来源及水平对仔猪生长性能及组织铜含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 选用75头遗传背景相同、胎次相近、公母各半,约45日龄,体重(14.00±0.30)kg的三元杂交健康仔猪,采用完全随机化设计分为5个处理组,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复3头。研究不同添加水平(10,150,300mg/kg)和不同来源的(硫酸铜,氨基酸铜)铜对猪生长性能、组织铜及血清铜含量的影响。结果表明,添加不同铜源和水平的铜对猪日增重和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);肝、肾、粪铜、血清中铜含量铜源间差异不显著(P>0.05),随铜添加水平的升高而显著升高(P<0.01);肌肉中铜含量铜源间及不同水平差异极显著(P<0.01),且300mg/kg硫酸铜显著降低肌肉中铜含量。研究结果表明:(1)日粮中添加氨基酸铜源和硫酸铜对猪日增重和料重比无显著影响(P>0.05),但氨基酸铜源组对猪促生长趋势较硫酸铜组高;(2)血清铜、粪铜及机体组织铜含量铜源间差异不显著(P>0.05),不同水平间差异显著(P<0.01);(3)添加300mg/kg硫酸铜可显著低于肌肉中铜含量(P<0.01)。 A total of 75 three-way crossbred healthy piglets with body weight of 14.00±0.30 kg were randomly assigned into 5 treatments to investigate the effect of dietary copper from two kinds of resources (CuSO4 and Cu-AA) at different levels(10, 150, 300 mg/kg) on piglets growth performance, levels of tissue copper and serum copper. The results showed that there was no significant difference in ADG and feed/ gain (P〉0.05)3 liver,kidney and serum copper content were not significantly different in copper source (P〉0.05) ,but the levels of copper in liver, kidney and serum significantly increased with the increase of copper(P〈0. 01) ,and the 300 mg/kg copper sulfate significantly decreased the muscle copper content. The addition of Cu-AA and copper sulfate in piglets basic diets did not significantly affect ADG and feed/gain (P〉0.05), but the Cu-AA group revealed better than sulfate copper group in growth performance; The differences among serum copper, fecal copper and tissue copper content were not significant in copper source (P〉0.05), but there displayed significant differences between different levels. (P〈0. 01) ;The addition of 300 mg/kg copper sulgate significantly decreased the muscle copper content. (P〈0.01).
