摘要
目的:探讨开展流产后关爱对女性生殖健康的影响。方法:选择在我院接受流产手术的300例女性患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组进行常规护理,研究组予以流产后关爱护理干预。随访半年后比较两组患者正确避孕、坚持避孕及再次妊娠情况。结果:研究组正确避孕率和坚持避孕率均高于对照组(P<0.05),半年内再次妊娠率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对流产后女性进行关爱服务,可以有效提升其避孕意识,引导其学会正确避孕方法,对于确保其生殖健康和身心健康具有重要意义。
Objective：To investigate the effect of care service for the female after the abortion on the effective reproductive health .Methods：In our hospital received surgical abortion of 300 cases of female patients as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the control group,the study group and the control group was given routine nursing,the research group to be post abortion care （PAC） nursing intervention.The reproductive health status of the two groups were compared.Results：Study group of the right contraception was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,insist on the contraceptive method was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,within six months of there pregnancy was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：A-bortion care for women after abortion can effectively enhance the consciousness of contraception and guide them to learn the correct method of contraception , to ensure their reproductive health and mental and physical health is important .
