摘要
用双色石粒混料装置替代原有的单色石粒漏斗,双色涂层的厚度由2种彩石颗粒的落料总量决定,而涂层的色彩对比度则由这2种不同颜色彩石颗粒的比例值决定.本控制器的主要作用就是在改变2种彩石的比例关系时,时刻保持落料总量为常数,从而得到厚度均匀的双色套彩涂层.
Using double-color stone chip mixing device to replace the original monochrome stone chip fun- nel, the coating thickness depends on the total amount (M) of these two stone chips, and the color contrast of the coating depends on the proportion (P) of these two kinds of stone chips. The major task for the controller is to keep the total amount (M)to be a constant at any time, when changing the proportion (P) of these two stone chips, so that the thickness smooth but colorful coating can be achieved.
