摘要
介绍了合肥市科技协同创新平台建设的投融资现状,并指出合肥市协同创新平台的固定资产以代建制方式投入,流动资产以天使投资基金、政府投资引导基金等方式投入,是在经济新常态下科技创新建设的投融资方式上的率先突破。
This paper introduce the investment and financing situation of collaborative innovation platform. Hefei, which fixed assets of the collaborative innovation platform in Hefei are put into the form of the system., the flow of assets to angel investment funds, government investment guidance fund and other investment, it is the first breakthrough in the new normal economic and investment and financing mode.
