基于MaxEnt软件的忍冬与灰毡毛忍冬的适生分布区预测 被引量:8

摘要 忍冬(Lonicera japonica)的花蕾和初开的花又名金银花,是最常用的清热解毒中药;灰毡毛忍冬(Lonicera macranthoides)与忍冬花形态相似,其初开花蕾常被用来替代金银花入药,但两者的药效有很大区别。本研究利用MaxEnt和ArcGIS软件对忍冬和灰毡毛忍冬的适生区进行生态位模拟(Ecological niche modeling)。结果表明,忍冬的适生区主要集中在华中及华南地区,灰毡毛忍冬的适生区相对较窄,主要集中在华南地区。对环境变量进行刀切法(Jackknife test)表明:最冷季度平均温度和极端最低温对两个物种的分布影响最大,年平均温度、等温性、最湿季平均温度等环境变量对忍冬的分布影响最小。通过对忍冬和灰毡毛忍冬的潜在适生区的研究,对该种的引种栽培及中药市场的规范化提供基础性的指导作用。 The bud and flowers of Lonicera japonica,is the most commonly Chinese traditional medicine for heat-clearing and detoxifying. The open buds of Lonicera macranthoides whose flower morphology is similar with L. japonica are often used to replace honeysuckle as medicine,but the efficacy is very different. In this study,MaxEnt niche modeling and ArcGIS software were applied to predict the potential distribution of L. japonica and L. macranthoides in China. The results showed that L. japonica was mainly distributed in central and south China. L. macranthoides has a relatively narrow distribution,which almost focus in south China. The Jackknife analyses of environmental variable showed that mean temperature of coldest quarter and min temperature of coldest month had great contribution to distribution of the two species,however,annual mean temperature,isothermality and annual mean temperature had little contribution to their distribution. The ecological niche modeling of L. japonica and L. macranthoides provides a fundamental guidance for introduction,cultivation and standardization of Chinese traditional medicine of the two species.
