摘要
目的:探讨婴幼儿口腔软组织损伤的特点及治疗的临床效果。方法:总结与分析255例婴幼儿口腔软组织创伤特点,针对软组织损伤情况,给予整复伤口治疗。结果:255例患儿术后伤口愈合好,表面平整,瘢痕较小。结论:采用尽早彻底清创,精细缝合,预防感染等措施对婴幼儿口腔软组织的损伤救治是及时有效的。
Objective： To analyze and discuss the characteristics of oral soft tissue injury in infants and its clinical effect of treatment. Methods： The characteristics of oral soft tissue injury in 255 infants were summarized and analyzed,and wounds were repaired correspondingly according to the condition of soft tissue injuries. Results： The wound healed well in 255 cases,with smooth surface and smaller scar. Conclusion： Employing measures of early complete debridement,meticulous suture,and infection prevention is timely and effective for the treatment of infantile oral soft tissue injuries.
