摘要
阐述了资源企业知识产权工作的特殊性,以及特殊性情况下陆续采取的宣传培训、组织管理、制度激励,再研究、再创新、效益最大化等系列措施,取得了全员支持,积极创新、效益良好的效果。得出了资源企业知识产权管理创新与效益最大化存在着"创新出效益、效益促创新"的辩证观点。
Expounded the special nature of the work of intellectual property rights, and the special circumstances, to take the publicity and training, organization and management, institutional incentives, and then research, re innovation, efficiency, and other measures, and achieved full support, positive innovation ,the effectiveness of good results. The dialectical view of the innovation and benefit maximiza- tion of intellectual property management innovation and benefit maximization of resource enterprises are obtained.
