摘要
为研究坦克装甲热特征,基于集总参数法进行坦克装甲单元划分,建立了热平衡方程,搭建了坦克装甲热网络,确定了热平衡计算求解方法。对某型坦克在设计工况下的装甲温度进行计算,得出了热特征明显的高温区域,并分析了原因。对某型坦克装甲温度进行试验测量,将测量值与计算值进行了对比,最大误差为6.92%,验证了该模型的合理性。
In order to master the thermal characters of tank armor, the tank armor is divided into many units based on lumped parameter method. Thermal balance equations are established and the thermal networks of the armor are constructed. Then a computing method of thermal balance is also determined. The temperature of a certain type of tank armor is computed in design, the high temperature areas with distinct thermal features are reached, and influence reason is analyzed. The temperature of a certain type of tank armor is measured through experiments, and then it is compared with computing temperature. The maxi- mum deviation between them is 6.92% , which proves that the model is reasonable.
