摘要
研究ICES-40雪花制冰机专用减速器,根据其传动装置的结构特点,设计出蜗轮蜗杆二级减速器,并通过热平衡计算设计出散热片的面积,通过UG进行有限元分析,优化了减速器的整体结构,提升了性能,降低了成本。
This paper researches ICES-40 snow ice machine dedicated reducer, a secondary reducer for worm gear is designed according to the structural characteristics of its gearing, and the overall structure of the reducer is optimized, the performance is improved and the cost is reduced according to analyzing the finite element analysis of UG and on thebasis of the calculation related to heat.
