摘要 针对现有文献较少关注信令数据可以解决旅游景区智能化管控中游客信息充分性和精准性不足的问题,构建了"移动信令数据-游客位置行为匹配-景区精确管控"三位一体的景区智能管控模式。并以四川某景区为例,对上述管控模式的效果进行了验证。结果表明,三位一体旅游景区智能管控模式,便于旅游提供方及时和精准地掌握景区游客流量、游客归属地、景点游客密度、游客驻留时间等信息,进而有助于景区采取针对性和精确化的运营,提升效率和效益。 Signaling data can be applied to solve the problem of sufficiency and precision of tourists' information in the intelligent management and control of tourist attractions. But it does receive much concern in existing researches. This paper constructs a trinity intelligent control model, "mobile signaling data?tourists' location and behavior matching?tourist attractions' intelligent control", and takes a scenic as an example to prove the effect of the trinity intelligent control model. The results reported in this paper show that the trinity intelligent control model can let tourism provider timely and precisely control the information of the tourist flow, tourist attribution, tourist density, tourist dwell time, etc., and then help manage the tourist attractions specifically and precisely, and promote efficiency and effectiveness of tourist attractions.
