Effects of Rolling Technologies on Qualities of Titianium Plates

摘要 针对某板带厂2800 mm热轧机生产现状,分别采用一火轧制成材和二火轧制成材生产20 mm厚纯钛板,研究了两种不同轧制工艺生产的钛板的表面质量、板形、组织以及性能。结果表明:一火成材的钛板经表面处理后存在麻坑、麻点等缺陷,而采用二火成材的钛板表面光洁无缺陷。与一火成材的钛板相比,二火成材的钛板板形平直,同板差略小。经退火后,二火成材的钛板比一火成材的钛板晶粒更加均匀,拉伸性能略高,两者均达到国标GB/T3621和美标ASTM B265的要求。 Aiming at the production situation of 2800mm hot rolling mill for a plate,the pure titanium plate with 20mm thickness were produced by one-heating forming or two-heating forming separately. Surface quality, plates shape, microstructure and mechanical properties of titaninum plate produced by using two kinds of different rolling processes were studied. The results show that titanium plates by one-heating forming after surface treatment have the buffing marks and pockmarks, while the titanium plates by two-heating forming have high surface quality without any defects. Compared with one-heating forming, the titanium plate shape by two-heating forming is straighter and the thickness variation is slightly smaller. After annealing, the grain sizes of titanium plates by two-heating forming are more uniform, and tensile properties increase slightly compared with those of one-heating forming. Both formings meet the requirements of GB/T3621 and ASTM B265.
