摘要
根据深钻镗床的需要对钻杆箱以及托板部分进行了结构设计,并且对丝杠进行了计算校核。该优化设计针对普通深孔机床自动化程度低的缺点进行了改进,分析结果也为深孔机床的高速改装提供了理论依据。
According to the needs of deep drilling and boring machine, this paper conducts structure design of boring bar box and plate part, and respectively calculates the screw. The optimization design improves disadvantages of low degree of automation of the ordinary deep hole machine. And the analysis results of this paper provides a theoretical basis for high speed modification of deep hole drilling machine.
