摘要
目的探讨灌肠联合补肾调经活血中药口服治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月至2014年2月郑州市第九人民医院收治的子宫内膜异位症痛经患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者服用孕三烯酮胶囊,观察组患者采取灌肠联合补肾调经活血中药口服治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及痛经评分。结果观察组患者总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的痛经评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灌肠联合补肾调经活血中药口服治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的临床体征,且中药制剂安全可靠,能全面改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect on dysmenorrhea of Bushen Tiaojing Huoxue Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods Selected in February 2013 to 2014,the Zhengzhou City February Ninth People＇s Hospital from endometrium ectopia of the 80 cases of patients with as the research object,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.Control group of patients taking gestrinone capsules,the observation group were treated by enema combined with Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing oral medicine,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, dysmenorrhea score.Results Observation group,the total effective rate was 90.0%,significantly higher than the control group of 65.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after the treatment were observed group of patients with dysmenorrhea score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Enema combined with Bushen Tiaojing Huoxue Decoction oral treatment for endometrial Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea effect is exact,which can effectively relieve the clinical signs and the Chinese medicine preparation is safe and reliable,and comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients.
