摘要
目的探讨应用品管圈降低肠内营养管堵管率的方法及效果。方法应用品管圈对肠内营养堵管情况进行调查、分析、拟定对策,并实施选择合适的营养管、制订肠内营养流程图、制作图文并茂的宣教手册、加强夜班巡视并记录营养液输注情况、制订循序渐进的功能锻炼计划等措施。比较品管圈实施前后肠内营养患者的堵管率。结果品管圈实施后堵管率为2.46%,低于实施前的8.41%,(χ2=4.067,P=0.044)。结论品管圈小组制订的措施有效降低了肠内营养管的堵管率。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of quality control cycle in reducing the incidence of enteral nutrition tube blockage. Methods The quality control cycle program was implemented to investigate and analyze the incidence and reasons of enteral nutrition tube blockage,propose and carry out improvement measures including selecting appropriate nutrition tubes,making flow chart of enteral nutrition and health education handbook,strengthening the inspection in night shifts,recording the infusion of nutrition fluids,developing a plan of progressive functional exercise. Results After the implementation of quality control circle,the incidence of tube blockage decreased from 8.41% to 2.46%(χ2=4.067,P=0.044). Conclusion The quality control cycle program can effectively reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition tube blockage.
