摘要
采用反复加载的试验方法,研究了G值大于等于0.8 MPa的LRB支座在不同水平加载频率、不同水平应变、不同竖向力加载顺序、不同内部橡胶G值(0.8、1.0、1.2 MPa)以及不同温度情况下的水平性能竖向压应力相关性。分析了上述各种因素对高G值LRB支座的屈服后刚度及屈服力竖向相关性的影响程度,给出了综合考虑上述各种因素后拟合的经验公式。研究表明,水平加载频率、水平应变及支座内部橡胶G值对其影响较小,而竖向压力的加载顺序及温度对其有一定程度的影响。综合各种因素,支座屈服后刚度整体随竖向压力的增加而线性减少,屈服力随压力的增加而线性增加。在高压状态下屈服力的拟合经验公式应用,应充分估计其误差。
The cyclic loading method was adopted to study experimentally on loading frequency, shear strain, the sequence of vertical pressure loading, shear modulus of inner rubber of isolator and temperature effects on the vertical pressure dependency of horizontal mechanical property of LRB with shear modulus greater than 0.8 MPa. The degree of effect of above factors on the post- yielded stiffness and yield force of LRB was analyzed, some fitting formulas were given, in which all kinds of factors were considered. Research results show that the effect of frequency of load- ing, horizontal strain and shear modulus of inner rubber of bearing on the vertical pressure de- pendency of LRB are small, sequence of the vertical pressure loading and temperature have a cer- tain degree effect on them. As a whole, the post-yielded stiffness of LRB decreases linearly with the increase of vertical pressure, the yield strength increases linearly with the increase of the pressure. The error of the fitting empirical formula for the yield strength should be fully esti- mated under high pressure condition.
