摘要
期刊编辑工作的特殊性,决定了期刊编辑可能存在一定的心理健康问题。针对期刊编辑心理健康问题的研究现状,对期刊编辑心理健康与社会支持、职业倦怠的相关性进行了分析,提出了解决编辑心理健康问题的途径。
The particularity of journal’s editing work determines that the journal editors probably have some psychological health problems. In the light of the current status of the study on journal editors’ psychological health problems, this paper analyzes the correlation between journal editors’ psychological health and social support and job burnout, and puts forward some paths for solving journal editors’ psychological health problems.
