摘要
目的：分析个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压与并发症的影响。方法选取我院2012年4月～2014年9月收治的100例老年高血压患者作为观察对象，采用随机分组的方式将其分成两组，每组50例，对照组采取常规护理，实验组采取个体化护理，观察比较两组患者护理后并发症的发生率与血压的情况。结果两组患者护理后并发症的发生率与血压的情况的比较结果存在显著差异，P＜0.05。结论对老年高血压患者采取个体化护理，能有效降低患者并发症的发生率以及血压。
Objective To analyze the impact of individualized care for elderly patients with blood pressure and complications of hypertension.Methods In our hospital from April 2012 to September 2014 were treated 100 cases of elderly patients with hypertension as the observed object, using randomized manner will be divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, the control group received usual care, taking the experimental group individualized care, the two groups were observed and compared the situation morbidity and blood pressure after treatment.Results There the comparison result the incidence of complications and blood pressure conditions after two significantly different patient care,P〈0.05.ConclusionIndividual elderly hypertension patients to take care of patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and blood pressure.
