摘要
目的探讨奥司他韦治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床效果。方法选取我院近年来收治的流行感冒的儿童80例,根据其治疗时间随机分为两组,每组各40例。以常规的抗病毒口服液治疗流行感冒的对照组与以选用奥司他韦治疗的观察组进行比较,观察从接受治疗至康复的咳嗽、发热、鼻塞消失的时间,进行记录。结果采用奥司他韦治疗的患儿在治疗流行感冒方面的总有效率方面明显高与对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组在缩短其咳嗽、发热以及鼻塞的时间显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥司他韦治疗儿童流行性感冒效果独特。
Objective To explore the clinical efects of oseltamivir treatment of influenza in children.Methods Select children 80 cases of pandemic flu admitted to our hospital in recent years, according to the duration of treatment were randomly divided into two groups, each 40 cases.In traditional oral anti-viral flu treat control group and use oseltamivir treatment observation group for comparison,Viewed from the receiving treatment to rehabilitation of cough, fever, stuffy nose disappearance time recorded.Results Using oseltamivir treatment of children in the treatment of pandemic flu total eficiency significantly higher than the control group, the diference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）,observation group in shortening their cough, fever and nasal congestion time was significantly better than the control group, the diference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oseltamivir treat the influenza in children, unique efects.
